eAssistentin.de – Your Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA)

VPAs perform tasks for clients using PCs, the internet, and headsets. You can delegate almost all tasks that don't require your in-person presence with the client. Thanks to the internet, you can perform many tasks from anywhere in the world. VPAs have been in demand among customers in the USA for many years. For founders, VPAs are a great support when building a business. You can delegate both routine and complex tasks.

Self-employed professionals and employees under high stress delegate their personal and professional tasks to VPAs. The aging population and the shrinking German working-age population are making it increasingly difficult for many companies to process incoming orders.

Outsourcing is therefore becoming more important.

You should focus on your most important activities.

VPAs help process projects and orders on schedule.

In addition to the above advantages of VPAs, there is also helpful support during your absence (illness, rehab, or vacation).

The process of working with a VPA

If you would like to work with a VPA, the process has much in common with working with a locally based assistant. This is typically how working with a VPA proceeds:

VPA: Finally more time for what really matters

For around 25 years, VPAs have been widespread in the USA as support in both business and private everyday life. In Germany, too, more and more entrepreneurs and private individuals have been turning to their VPA for several years now to free themselves from routine and everyday tasks and gain more time for the truly important things in life, whether for the company's core competencies or for family life.

How working with a VPA works

You work with a VPA in a similar way to a colleague on site. The key difference is that you can only delegate tasks that do not require your assistant's physical presence. Watering plants and making coffee are less feasible, but analyses, telephone services, internet research, office support, travel bookings, and much more are.

This is what the collaboration process with a VPA looks like:

  1. You describe the task to be delegated (ideally in writing) and send your VPA the briefing including time specifications. For this you primarily use channels such as the internet, email, Skype, or phone.
  2. You agree the exact process with your VPA and, if necessary, arrange interim deliveries for preliminary checks of the results.
  3. You receive the results, review them, and use them straight away.
