Since we started in 2010, we have not only grown as a team but also gained new clients from virtually every industry. Most of our clients (self-employed professionals and companies) are from Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
eAssistentin - our history
2010: Founded with our first virtual assistant
2011: Achieved first- to third-level support with native German speakers and highly skilled assistants who speak German as a foreign language.
2012 to present: Continuous expansion of our service portfolio, starting with web design, graphic design (logos, explainer videos) and app development.

With this approach, we have already won many great clients and kept them satisfied. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! To maintain this standard, we welcome your feedback. This helps us continuously improve and optimize our service.
To demonstrate transparency not only to our clients but also to our employees, we introduced an optional bonus payment for our assistants a few years ago. This gives clients the freedom to grant their personal assistant a one-off or recurring bonus. These are shown on the invoice and paid out to the eAssistants.
The team of virtual assistants
Our team of virtual assistants draws on a wide range of specialist training, professional skills and experience. These range from working at large corporations or medium-sized companies to small service providers. That’s why it’s important that you tell us your exact requirements. Based on this information, we decide which virtual assistant is right for you.
In addition to German, our virtual assistants have a variety of language skills such as English, Spanish, Russian, French and more.
