Prices at eAssistentin.de – How much do virtual assistants cost?
Our goal is to offer self-employed professionals and companies a very good and very affordable service !
We therefore offer very transparent hourly rates. No split into monthly fixed costs and variable hourly rates,
since such a pricing model only serves to conceal the true much higher hourly rates. Companies from abroad sometimes do this.
We don’t know any competitor who offers German native speakers at lower rates.
Our company was founded in 2010. Our registered office is in Germany.
Recognition of our invoices by your tax office will not be a problem.
With companies from non-EU countries or even from tax havens, it can be more difficult.
We don’t have a subscription model. You only pay for the hours worked per calendar month.
The hourly rate per invoice depends on the number of hours worked per month.

You’re probably wondering why the hourly rates do not correspond to the minimum wage applicable in Germany.
The reason is the place of residence of our virtual assistants. They are resident abroad because that’s where they live.
Some of them previously lived in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and have emigrated.
Since the cost of living in these countries is significantly lower than in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, we also want this aspect to be reflected in our prices.
